At M3ak, we know that unexpected things happen. That’s why we offer flexible rescheduling and a fair refund policy, ensuring you get the best experience while respecting both your time and ours.

1. Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds:

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can choose a full refund or reschedule for free.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before, no refund will be issued, but you can request a reschedule (see policy below).
• No-shows (missing an appointment without prior notice) are non-refundable, but you can contact us to arrange another available time.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling:

• You can reschedule for free if you request it at least 12 hours before the meeting.
• Last-minute reschedules (less than 12 hours before) are subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How Many Times Can I Reschedule?

• You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times at no extra cost.
• After two reschedules, any further changes may require a new booking.

3. How Do I Join the Meeting?

All meetings are held via Google Meet, a reliable and easy-to-use video call platform.

After Payment:

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment, This email will include a Google Meet link that you will use to join the meeting.

When the Meeting Time Arrives:

Simply click the link in your confirmation email on a phone or tablet, and it will open in the Gmail app or Google Meet app (available for free on the App Store and Google Play), On a computer, it will open in your web browser, no downloads needed!
